FSC Launches Revised, Fully Updated CEU

The Forest Stewardship Council has just completed a significant revision of its continuing education course unit (CEU). Available on-demand, online, the course lets AIA and GBCI-accredited architects, designers, contractors earn continuing education credits. The new course is also ideal for anyone interested in learning about FSC and its use in LEED and other green building certifications, including the Living Building Challenge. It also includes an audio voiceover that makes it easier to understand and retain all course content.
Those who take the course will be able to:
- Explain why FSC-certified wood is key to green building, and why building professionals play an important role in promoting good forest management and conservation in North America and beyond.
- Describe the fundamentals of a leading forest certification system with benefits for LEED certification.
