Group Certification

Group Certification (© Forest Stewardship Council A.C.)© Forest Stewardship Council A.C.

Group certification is designed to help reduce the costs of certification - the cost per group member is significantly lower than if each member applied for an individual certificate.

Group certification is a way for more than one operation to be certified under a single FSC certificate - either Forest Management or Chain of Custody. The certificate is held by one organization or person on behalf of the group.
