Financial Reporting

Financial transparency is a key to integrity and credibility.

Although much of FSC® US' financial support historically came from charitable foundations, that has changed in recent years. FSC has grown to become a viable market driver for conservation, and foundations now prefer to focus on FSC's expansion opportunities or new initiatives.

Currently FSC US receives revenues from the following sources:

  • Membership dues
  • Allocation of Annual Administration Fees from FSC International
  • Charitable Foundations
  • Sponsorships and corporate support

From 2012 through 2017 our largest donors (>$10,000) were:

  • Kimberly-Clark
  • World Wildlife Fund US
  • Home Depot
  • Collins Company

  • Fox Foundation
  • Bullitt Foundation

  • Fox Foundation
  • New York Community Trust
  • Wells Fargo

Please note that the donor lists above exclude Annual Administration Fees and membership.
