Support FSC at the end of the year

As a nonprofit organization, the Forest Stewardship Council relies on donations from generous supporters to advance our mission and protect forests for future generations. As 2012 comes to a close, we ask you to consider FSC in your year-end giving.

As you consider a donation, think about this:

  • Your donation will go directly to support the small team working in the U.S.
  • With a group of less than 20 staff members, we are engaging more than 3,500 companies, shaping procurement practices and policies with enormous global impact.
  • Even small donations can yield big results in the forest, with more than 170 million acres of FSC certified forest in the US and Canada.

In short, FSC is the single best way to affect change on millions of acres of forest and across thousands of organizations.

By making adonation to FSC you are supporting our mission through standards development, education, marketing and technical assistance. Consider making a donation to support this work and take an extra step to protect forests for future generations.

FSC accepts donations online, by mail, as a bequest and even in memory or to honor someone with whom you have shared a walk in the forest.
