Pagliacci tells FSC story on pizza boxes

Seattle-based Pagliacci Pizza became the first pizza company to deliver pies in FSC-certified boxes.

Made of materials from local FSC-certified forests and post-consumer recycled fiber, the new boxes are the latest step in the company’s commitment to sustainability.

Well known for using its boxes as billboard, Pagliacci went further by dedicating the box top to telling the story of the regional FSC marketplace, from local forests and mills to compost bins and back into Seattle gardens.

Corrugated cardboard for the boxes came from FSC-certified Port Townsend Paper, which is owned by Crown Packaging.

Over the coming months, hungry Seattle customers will learn about FSC as they enjoy Pagliacci’s pizzas. To learn more, visit Pagliacci’s website.
