CFPC launches new on-line database of FSC-certified products
The Certified Forest Products Council recently launched a new database on www.certifiedwood.org. The Certification Resource Center (CRC) can be used by consumers, retailers, manufacturers, and processors to find FSC-certified products, locate FSC-certified forests, and confirm certifications.
Searches can be conducted according to geographic locations, specific products, company name, and wood species. For help on how to best utilize the CRC, contact Sue Hulme at CFPC at 503.590.6600 or via email atsue@certifiedwood.org.ForestWorld offers a similar online-database at www.forestworld.com. FSC is excited to have such resources available to our public, and we look forward to continued efforts with both of these groups in the future.
