FSC Leadership Awards nominations are due Friday, Sept. 8.
The FSC Leadership Awards recognize individuals and organizations that demonstrate enduring commitment to protecting forests through FSC certification. The Awards continue to recognize excellence in green building through the “Design & Build” category, while also celebrating other products, organizations and leaders in the FSC community.
In 2016, FSC US recognized a diverse group of companies, NGOs and individuals for their leadership, including the International Living Future Institute, International Paper, Northwest Natural Resource Group, Perkins + Will, Wisconsin DNR, Humboldt Redwood Company, and Unalam. We encourage all FSC members, certified companies, partners and stakeholders to consider nominating people and organizations you think are worthy – including manufacturers, retailers, forest managers, builders, designers and others. Learn more and submit a nomination.
The deadline is Friday, September 8, 2017.
Each year in conjunction with Greenbuild, the Forest Stewardship Council hosts the FSC Leadership Awards during a celebration event that brings together people from across the diverse FSC marketplace. In 2017, we are very pleased that the FSC Leadership Awards are being held at the Knoll Boston Showroom on Wednesday, November 8, conveniently located down the block from the Boston Convention Center where Greenbuild will be held.
