Three Draft Regional Standards Now Available for Public Comment
The Draft Northeast Regional Standards are now available for public comment until August 7th.
The Lake States and Rocky Mountain Draft Regional Standards are also available for comment until June 23rd. All comments received by the last day of the review will be reviewed for use in the final draft of the standards. Comments can be made directly or on the website at www.fscstandards.org or via fax or regular mail. FSC expects comments to come from organizations and individuals representing regional timber interests, policy makers, environmental activists, landowners, and social interest groups. Comments from all interested parties will be carefully considered.
