General Assembly - Reminder to Register
FSC is holding its fourth General Assembly of Members from December 7-9 in Manaus, Brazil. The General Assembly is the highest decision making body in the FSC and is exclusively responsible for revising statutes, by-laws, and the Principles and Criteria under which FSC operates.
For more than one decade, an average of 250 members of the social, environmental and economic chambers come together every three years to define the future of the world’s forests.
Any FSC member (as distinct from certificate holder) is eligible to attend. Early registrations for a reduced fee are being accepted through August 31st. To register, and for more information about the General Assembly, please visit http://www.fsc.org/general_assembly/en/.
