Welcome Aubrey McCormick

As US Pacific West Regional Manager, Aubrey will lead our efforts to grow supply and demand for sawn timber for construction and furniture, and grow FSC supply chains for construction projects in Northern California, Oregon, Washington and British Columbia; support strategic corporate accounts, organize regional meetings and assist with fundraising; work to build stronger relationships with Native American tribes and First Nations; and support FSC’s US growth in biomass, corrugated cardboard, advanced cellulose, and paper and packaging value chains.

Aubrey brings to FSC an extensive background in sustainability consulting, professional sport, media, and advocacy. She is a former professional golfer with more than 10 years of experience in public and private club operations, instruction, and television. She was a contestant on NBC Golf Channel's Big Break Atlantis television show and recognized as the industry's first "Green Golfer." She has been featured as "Golf's Voice of Reason," by TurfNet Magazine for her work spearheading corporate social responsibility initiatives in the golf industry. Aubrey developed the Olympic Club Corporate Social Responsibility Report - a first in the history of golf, that features the club's 19 Olympic sports, two US Open Championship golf courses, and its impact within the San Francisco community. Aubrey also developed the “Embracing Sustainability at Mauna Kea” Case Study, which highlights the sustainable impact of the resort golf course, beach hotel, and local community.

Aubrey has advised companies on how to implement sustainability, developing strategy and initiatives that deliver social, environmental and economic impact. She has worked with organizations within the sport, pet, winery, municipality, and corporate industries. Over the course of her career, Aubrey has mentored underserved and disabled youth, wounded veterans, and sustainability graduate students. Aubrey has presented at the Obama White House Sports & Climate Change Roundtable, Sports Diversity & Inclusion Symposium (hosted by NCAA), Green Sports Alliance Summit, Golf Week Golden Age of Architecture Summit, Renewable Now TV Sports & Sustainability Live Panel, PGA G4 Summit, Golf Industry Show, and Experience Green at Hilton Head Island.

Aubrey has a B.S. in Psychology, an M.B.A in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, and is a LEED Green Associate. She resides in Seattle and loves spending time outdoors, with family, and with her French bulldog, Bear.
